In the aftermath of the dissolution of the Inter-con Security Agency on August 15, 2018, the company's set shareholders convened to establish a new company. The new company was named JB Pentagon Security and Investigation Agency, Inc. It was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 30, 2018.
